Troubleshooting
Screen is black but laptop is on
Check display cable connection. If it persists, you may need a Screen Replacement.
Display flickers randomly
Update GPU drivers / check cable. If physical damage is suspected, inspect the screen hinge area.
Battery draining extremely fast
Check battery health in macOS System Settings. If capacity is below 80%, consider a Battery Replacement.
Keys feeling sticky or not registering
Clean underneath the keys with compressed air. For persistent issues, a full Keyboard assembly replacement may be required.
